About Me
My name is Davina.

I live and work in the beautiful historic, Roman City of Bath where I was born and raised. A wife and a mother of two boys, with a background in financial services. I love gardening, dancing, animals and hot sunny places.

I offer counselling to adults and young people 18 years and above in the Bath area.
With 4 years counselling experience, working with clients who bring a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, relationships (past and present) and family dynamics.
As a Person-Centred Therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their innermost selves, and develop the skills and resources necessary to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, change, and self-actualisation, and I work collaboratively with my clients to help them tap into their own wisdom and inner resources. Rather than offering advice or solutions, I facilitate a process of self-discovery and empowerment that allows my clients to make their own choices and live in accordance with their own values and goals.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck in life, I am here to help. Through a combination of active listening, unconditional positive regard, and reflective feedback, I will support you in developing greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-esteem.
If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, I invite you to explore the transformative power of Person-Centred Therapy. Contact me today to schedule a consultation and learn more about how I can support you on your path to healing and self-actualisation.
