Face to Face Consultation

Service Description

This session typically begins with an introduction and an exploration of your reasons for seeking therapy, establishing a foundation for a collaborative and supportive therapeutic journey. Background information will be taken and agreement on how we will work together will be discussed.

Cancellation Policy

I will attempt to refund any sessions that are cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any costs that I occur outside of my control due to a cancellation will be deducted before a refund is issued. Any cancellations that occur within the 48 hours will not be subject to a refund.
